P3 - Highlighting Text

How can we highlight text? I don't mean by a marker :P

We have 5 ways we can highlight.

1. Click and drag
2. Select All (Ctrl + a)
3. Double click
4. ?
5. ?

The first student who can come to me and tell what they are will have their names up on my post for being the smartest student. :D

Primary 2 class - Words

Using the Initial Step booklet. Students were asked to make lists of different things. We had loud noises like bang, crash, ping and hiss, list of their friends and a list of numbers.

The first class moved to Making capital letters. Will the 2nd class be able to beat them next week? lets find out. :)

Here are some guidelines on candle safety:

Double-check they're out when you do not need them.

Keep clothes and hair away from them.

Keep children and pets away.

Put them on a heat-resistant surface.

Put them in a proper holder.

Keep them away from inflammable materials likes curtains.

Take care with votive or scented candles.

Use a snuffer or a spoon to put them out.

Don’t put them under shelves.

Don’t move them when they’re burning.

Don’t leave them burning while you are out.

Don’t keep candles too close to each other.

Today we viewed the fundamentals of website design and links. The students created a multimedia page using Microsoft Word 2010. The topic was farm animals.








For the lower primary, we had a very good lesson on how to make letters bigger and how to make lists using Microsoft Word 2010.
